Delete your JaiFoo account and data

You can ask JaiFoo (Awintoo Law Office Co., Ltd.) to delete your account and personal data at any time — your JaiFoo app account, LINE and WhatsApp chats with us.

How to ask

  1. In the JaiFoo app: Profile → Delete account → confirm (you are signed out on every device at once).
  2. On LINE @heyjaifoo: send "Delete my data".
  3. By email: write to info@awintoo.com, subject "Delete my data", with the phone number you use with JaiFoo.

We complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

Your app account (name, phone number, email, sign-ins), chat messages, your answers to our questions, documents, photos and files you sent, payment slips, in-app inbox messages and the links between your LINE / WhatsApp accounts.

What we keep, and why

Payment and receipt / tax invoice records (amount, date, document number) for 5 years as Thai tax law requires, and the record of your consent (PDPA) — with none of your case content attached.
